Description:	This role will offer you the chance to build on your people management and operational experience! You will manage a small UK team to deliver biostatistics and medical writing projects on time and within budget. A big part of your time will be spent improving processes monitoring quality and managing client relationships. You will also support business development activities during proposal production and bid defence. The job is to be based in Berkshire with some international travel. We are looking for a highly experienced statistician with proven people management skills. Use your analytical brain to improve the performance of this business unit!
