Description:	Attention Molecular Biologists.. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Molecular Biology and some post doctoral experience in a non-academic company. In terms of technical skills you'll be familiar with molecular genetics have expertise in microbiology gene cloning DNA sequencing and bacteriophage biology. Outside of the requisite technical skills you'll be the type of person who has a demonstrable ability to work to strict deadlines and can drive the research efforts of the company to meet commercial demands.
