Description:	A manufacturer of immunodiagnostic kits and reagents is looking for a Technical Specialist to join the team. You will be working with the marketing team and the position is office based in Birmingham. The specific product focus is on the autoimmune range used for detection of autoantibodies by immunofluorescence or enzyme immunoassay.  You will be responsible for providing first line technical support to existing and potential customers over the telephone and E-mail. In addition some dual visit with the sales team will take place to support the sales process. As part of the marketing team you will partake in the production of promotional materials. Troubleshooting and applications support will be part of the remit. To be successful in your application you will have a degree in biomedical science. In addition you will have a strong technical background in relation to immunoflourescence enzyme immunoassays and related automated systems.
