In this newly created role you will use your site management expertise to identify barriers affecting the recruitment of patients into clinical trials. Using this knowledge you will help the clinical and business operation teams produce strategic proposals to win new business. Initially this will be a hands-on role although this will evolve into more of a management position as you develop the feasibility process and implement this across Europe.
