Working as part of the senior management team within Europe you will be accountable for the performance of the clinical operations department. We are looking for someone with broad clinical research experience that will include monitoring, project management and a proven track record of success in senior clinical operations and line management. This role has eight direct reports who in turn are responsible for managing the rest of the department - you will have overall accountability for the performance of the group. This is a strategic position with high level financial responsibility. You will play a key role in company-wide initiatives and change management.
