Description:	Work for a market leader that recognises the value of senior operational expertise within the clinical environment! In this role you will use project and clinical operations management experience to provide direction and support to teams of clinical study managers responsible for delivering clinical programme milestones on a global level. Typically you will be dealing with multiple protocols within a programme across up to 30 countries. You will have input into protocol development, study design, report writing and will develop risk management strategies. On a departmental level you will  play a key role in process improvement initiatives and quality monitoring. This is a strategic role that oversees the implementation of programme plans from a clinical perspective. You can work either from home or out of the offices in Berkshire. Who should apply?
