Description:	Focusing more on the people side of things, you will manage, mentor and train more junior members of staff (from junior CRAs to LCRAs). This is a rare opportunity for someone with good people skills who feels that they can built on it to reach new heights of clinical operations in a dynamic company. If you have had enough of solving problems as a Project Manager or you are a very experienced LCRA who does not want to do the project side of things this is a new route forward for your career.
