Description:	Take charge of a team of CRAs within a high performing clinical operations group! This is your chance to put your team leadership and clinical expertise to good use in an exciting environment going through some key changes! In this role you will line manage a team of up to 20 CRAs in the UK with responsibility for recruitment, performance appraisals, training and allocation to projects. You will also play a key role in project delivery, business development and quality monitoring. If you want to make a difference and drive process improvement activities this is the job for you! Who should apply? Experienced clinical team leaders or project managers preferably with some line management experience.
