Description:	A highly respected company that manufacture a range of molecular biology research products has recently expanded its product range.  Over the next 12 months they will be launching a range of instruments dedicated to the molecular biology and diagnostics research industry.  Due to this expansion they are keen to recruit a Product Manager who will be dedicated to this new range of instruments, you will develop and implement marketing plans defining strategic and tactical goals for the UK and distributor markets.  You will have total responsibility for achieving set goals by product and customer segment and for the active support and training of the sales team to reach these goals.  You will spend approximately 40% of your time out of the office with customers and the sales team.  The successful candidate will be a life science graduate or PhD level scientist with a good understanding of molecular biology research techniques.  In addition you should have sales experience within the automated instrument market and understand the instrumentation sales process.  Any previous marketing experience is desirable but not essential.  This is a great opportunity to join a market leading company that are entering a new phase of growth, this role will be critical to their success.  To discuss this exciting opportunity in detail contact us in confidence soon.
