Description:	A director level position heading the global start-up group of a global CRO, globally& it does not get much bigger than that. There is a point in your career when only senior director positions are good enough and becoming a VP is the next line you want to add to your CV. This is a rare opportunity to manage a group which provides start-up help to all the phase II to IV non-US projects in the company. The role of this group is to help with CTAs, compliance, ethics application, protocol design, patient info sheets, etc& More importantly, and this is where you can stand out, half of your time will be dedicated to thinking strategically to see where the future lies for the group: success here is the route to the very top.
