Description:	An outstanding opportunity to drive the growth of a feasibility team and its expansion into Europe! This challenging position is available with a leading global provider of drig development services, and can part part home based and part office based in Berkshire. Essentially you will work towards building a 'Centre of Excellence' for patient recruitment, initially in the UK with a view to rolling out the model across Europe. In this job you will lead change, improve processes and manage a team - what more could you ask for? Who should apply? Your clinical research experience could come from clinical operations, project management or data management. You will need to be able to use your clinical research experience to think about feasibility and the challenges in patient recruitment - you will understand how protocols are implemented and know the right questions to ask.
