Description:	If you are looking for a challenge and are keen to get your hands dirty with process improvement and technology implementation this is the job for you!  This drug development company based in London needs a senior level data management professional to come in and totally rework the department, from the way in which data management is run to the selection and implementation of a new database! You will be managing a team of 8 data management staff and potentially an additional 4 programmers. This team is very experienced in data management activities but lacks leadership and direction. Who should apply? You will be highly experienced in clinical data management and have a proven track record of line management and process improvement.
