This job would suit a highly experienced career CRA with no desire to move into project management! At this level you would take on the responsibility for leading European teams of CRAs on allocated projects and remain clinical in focus. No financial management to worry about or the challenge of managing clients! The main focus of this job is to form the clinical team and to manage the start up process, you would then drive the monitoring activities forward through leadership of the CRAs in your team.
