Description:	Make the move into proposals and broaden your knowledge of clinical research in record time! There is no better way to equip yourself with the skills needed to succeed in clinical research than to work in proposals! Gone are the days where all you do is sit in front of a computer and write proposal documents....there is so much more to a job in proposals than this! This is a job that requires confidence, strong communication skills, the ability to influence others and to project manage! You will co-ordinate all proposal activity for allocated projects which involves bringing together representatives from all functions to discuss client requirements and put together a strategy on how to best present the company's expertise in this area and how they would run the project for the client. You will use this information to draft budgets/costings and timelines for the study and once approved, will put this into a final proposal document to send to the client. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE! There are lots of opportunities for people with proposals experience...you can move into sales, feasibility or contracts management. Who should apply? All you need is 12 months clinical research experience and a confident, outgoing personality!
