Description:	Field based global management within clinical operations! This job is a unique combination of clinical operations and global study management activities. You will have global responsibility for delivering clinical operations within large projects or programmes by leading teams of study managers across multiple locations. This role is similar to a project director but without the high level of financial tracking and cross functional team leadership - the best of both worlds! This is a brand new role within an expanding clinical department which gives you the opportunity to put your stamp on it and gain more responsibilities as the team grows - there is also the chance to get involves in line management! Roles are available in Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Italy. Who should apply? We are looking for study managers with international or global experience across clinical operations. You will be able to manage clinical budgets, support teams of study managers with project set up and deliver to tight timelines. This role involves involvement in business development activities and process improvement initiatives.
