Description:	Working as a key member of the ICH Quality Assurance (QA) global team, this is not a job for the faint hearted. In this growing CRO, rewarded by multiple awards for the dedication to their staff, you will be taking on management responsibilities to drive forward the development of the QA group. Dealing with departmental compliance and audits issues, you will personally have to get involved in the more challenging audits and line manage more junior staff members. This is a great job for an experienced QA manager with the right personality where you will be able to build on your background to open new opportunities at a very high level. In this role you will have free reins in your field but very quickly you will also be given the opportunity to get involved in the commercial side of things.
