Description:	Combine line management and patient recruitment strategy in this highly scientific and commercial role! Our client is known as a premier provider of patient recruitment services to support large global clinical trials, and as a result of continued expansion we are looking for a regional manager to take over a key territory in the South of the UK. The main focus of your role will be to manage a diverse team to deliver patient recruitment targets in the UK, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance. Your team will be made up of research nurses, clinical trial assistants and experienced feasibility managers - both field and office based. You will devise patient recruitment strategy, design recruitment campaigns, manage relationships with company stake holders from clinical and start up, co-ordinate feasibility activities and manage relationships with new and existing sites. As far as line management goes, you have full responsibility for staff recruitment, performance review, remuneration and training/development. This job provides tremendous variety with no two days the same - you will have to enjoy making things happen and managing/co-ordinating the activities of others. In this job you will have to be in the Berkshire based office two days per week with the remainder visiting sites and working from home. Who should apply?
