Description:	Calling all CRAs with one year experience looking for a more flexible way of working! This medium sized company understands the value of happy, motivated staff and offer flexible working conditions! With ambitious growth plans in place for 2008 and lots of opportunities for progression, now is the time to join! We are looking for two CRAs to take on site co-ordination and monitoring activities within the UK, working on phase I-III studies across an exciting range of therapy areas and products - oncology, immunology,gene therapy, molecular genetics and monoclonal antibodies. The studies are very scientific in nature which opens up lots of opportunity to learn about novel technologies and products. You can be office based in the Oxfordshire area or home based, travelling into the office once a week. You can expect to spend 2-3 days per week at site for projects that are ongoing, less so for those in start up phase. Long term development opportunities include routes into project management, quality assurance, business development or feasibility - the opportunities are endless!!! Who should apply? You will be a CRA with practical experience of initiation, monitoring and close out activities. If you are looking for a home based position, previous experience of remote working is desirable.
