Lead and develop an exceptional team of talented clinical research professionals with full accountability for the delivery of projects and the performance of the group! This is not just a line management job you will also take a creative approach to solving regional issues such as resourcing, patient recruitment, staff retention, process improvement, regulatory changes and quality monitoring. You will have financial management accountability for your group and the clinical part of large global projects. In addition you will act as coach and mentor to clinical study managers and team leaders as they develop in their roles. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated clinical research professional with a proven track record in clinical operations management, clinical study management, resource management and line management of a large team. You will have significant experience working on clinical trials, extensive knowledge of GCP and local regulations.
