Description:	If Interactive Voice Response Services (IVRS) is the thing that gets you going and you have experience of developing platforms through the whole product cycle, this is now the time to take a step back and be "the one who knows" (note: it is not the official job title). This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a team, interact with clients, make your vision become a reality at a project level and more importantly run things the way you want them to be run. The privilege of the manager (you) is also to get involved in the tasks you really want to focus on so if a specific challenge interest you for one reason or another you will have first pick. Your experience in Pascal and Delphi will have to be strings to your bow. It is a high profile position where your knowledge will help IVRS project managers to be realistic about what they are expecting, but also to direct the tasks where you think they can be done.
