Description:	This fast growing CRO is restructuring its proposals department at a European level and it requires motivated people for their English office. Because of the size of the department there is room at various levels. If you have worked in proposals before, putting RFPs together, liaising with business development, data management and all the other department involved in studies you will be rewarded by the variety of the role, new challenges and mentoring more junior members of staff. How about doing this job for a couple of years and being promoted to manager of a unit? The alternative would be to get involved in the business development side of things.  In this company your career will go wherever you want it to go. And if you possess a degree,  and a good understanding of clinical research and have managed to put some working experience under your belt you will able to join the group, and training will be adapted to your needs.
