With pharmacies, labs and clinical departments to audit you will be working to GCP, GLP and GMP on a daily basis. You will manage both the internal audit programme and a small team of auditors with full responsibility for recruiting/managing staff and scheduling audits. This is also a consulting role, where you will be providing advice on the management of quality issues across all functions. At this level you will also have to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system, communicating audit findings to senior management and having a key input into process improvement activities. Who are we looking for? You will be an experienced quality manager with extensive GXP knowledge and practical experience of auditing internally and externally.
