Description:	This is a rare opportunity in your QA career to get more involved in the financial aspect of studies. Based on your QA knowledge you will manage compliance projects and get involved in the proposal/BD side of the studies. Your main task will still be to oversee quality issues with all the lab work required for clinical studies. You will have to implement corrective actions and training but the experience you will gather in this position will allow you to raise your profile. The core of the activity will be focused on GLP compliance. If you want to do more GCP work this is a nice way in a CRO which will give you many opportunities to be trained. The next job up, in this company (with low staff turnover and facilitated internal promotion) or in another one, is QA manager... This position will be the difference between you and the second best.
