Description:	Flexibility to work from home? Yes! Part time working available? You got it! A regionalised position covering Scotland and the North West? Of course! This is a truly flexible role allowing you to know where your sites will be regardless of project. You will be working for a growing company with an excellent reputation for training and development and providing an outstanding service to clients. Depending on your experience you will be involved in a broad range of activities ranging from site management and monitoring to study co-ordination, feasibility and start up. All studies will be phase II-III and across broad therapy areas including oncology and anti-infectives. At CRA II and SCRA level you will also be involved in mentoring/coaching junior CRAs within your region, attending co-monitoring visits and providing support and advice in the field. Who can apply? You will be an experienced CRA with practical exposure to initiation, monitoring and close out visits. At the more senior level you will need to demonstrate experience of start up and feasibility activities. You must also be flexible regarding travel - up to 50% for CRA II and 30% for SCRA.
