Managing a team of 4 you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy and its implementation within the UK and some of Europe. The successful candidate can expect to spend the majority of their time managing and developing the sales team as well as taking responsibilities for some critical or key accounts. You should have some experience managing a team combined with a background in diagnostics - possibly through time spent in a pathology lab.
