Description:	Take on more responsibility for site management and do less monitoring! When you work for this international company you gain exposure to large, international projects in some challenging therapy areas. You will have full site management responsibility - from feasibility and start up to close out - for UK hospital and GP sites. This includes selecting sites, managing ethics applications, driving patient recruitment, co-ordinating study supplies, training site staff and co-monitoring with trainee and junior CRAs. There will be a CTA allocated to your project who will relieve you of the day to day trial administration activities. Positions are office based in the UK - in Scotland, the South East and East Anglia with up to 40% travel.  We are looking for CRAs with practical experience of site initiation, routine monitoring and close out activities in the UK. Exposure to phase II and III with pharma products is preferred although applications are welcomed from CRAs with medical device experience.
