Description:	We rarely have the pleasure of handling distribution sales manager positions as they are so rare and are snapped up very quickly.  The good news is we have one available now!  It gets better though: this role is with one of the largest life science manufacturers with a well established global business.  They have already set up an excellent distributor network within Europe to complement their direct sales force and are now keen to recruit a Distributor Sales Manager.  The role will involve managing a group of distribution channels in the UK, Eire, Nordic, Holland and German regions, and analysis of sales performance and motivation of this network will be critical.  You will conduct joint sales visits with distributor sales people to support them at customer sites, attend trade shows and implement the sales strategy and tactics in the region.  Accurate sales forecasting and setting annual sales targets for the distributors will be of high importance.  This is a varied role and is considered a senior role within the organisation.  The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with a good understanding of the molecular biology research arena and have life science sales experience; previous distribution management experience would be of high interest.  To discuss this rare and exciting opportunity contact us in confidence soon.
