Description:	What makes this SCRA job different? SCRA is just a job title - at this level you will have a different functional role on each project you work on, based on your experience. It could be clinical lead, team leader, trainer or project specialist! With such breadth to the role, can you afford to miss out? There will still be an element of monitoring although only up to about 20-30% of your time. The main focus of the job will be having "ownership" of a project with accountability for all site related activities either in the UK only or involving other EU countries. Feasibility, investigator selection, start up activities, budget tracking, co-monitoring, troubleshooting and training will fall within your remit. This is an excellent route into clinical project management - you'll have gained exposure to leading a team, managing finances and working across multiple locations. You'll also benefit from regular appraisals, structured career development and the chance to work with a fun, dynamic team. This is a home based position with UK and European travel. Who should apply? Essentially, we are looking for an experienced CRA ready to take the step into a co-ordination role and the confidence to act as lead on studies. Exposure to a broad range of therapy areas and phases of development would be an advantage. You will have practical experience of investigator selection, start up activities and co-monitoring.
