Their vast global customer base makes the ideal candidate someone with strong localisation skills. The individual should have qualifications in Technical Communications/Science to HND or a minimum of four years experience as a technical author in an instrumentation environment. The role will involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team to  provide customer-facing documentation in the form of user manuals, help files, service information and training information for their product range.
