Description:	A senior departmental management role within clinical quality assurance! Youll have ownership of the quality management system, management responsibilities for the QA team and be accountable for the delivery of quality services to internal and external customers across Europe! This is your opportunity to take charge of a world class QA function, facilitating continuous improvement and providing technical advice on GCP/GLP/GMP and regulatory compliance issues. As part of the management team you will make sure that your team work towards achieving departmental targets and objectives, identifying areas for improvement through an established quality feedback process. Youll have a lot of decision making authority in this job - recruitment, finances, process improvement and, of course, improvements to the quality management process. Its your chance to shine! This position is office based in Berkshire with some international travel. Who are we looking for? You will be a clinical QA professional with strong experience of GCP (GLP and GMP and advantage) and the character to inspire and facilitate continuous improvement. Previous line management responsibility is desired along with extensive knowledge of the clinical research process. Experience of working across different cultures would be an advantage.
