Description:	Seltek is proud to work exclusively on this retained Lead CRA assignment for a fast growing pharmaceutical company specialising in innovative products addressing unmet medical needs. Following stunning results in phase I and II, phase III is now rolling in ahead of schedule. In this attractive role you will co-ordinate site and study activities through outsourcing, get involved in clinical study documentation, and co-monitor at site. Part of a small team you will be the operational face of the company; your experience dealing with sites and CROs (either from the inside or from a pharma perspective) will ensure reaching milestones. All seems to be going seamlessly well on the existing studies but you will need to keep an eye open for the other studies in the pipeline. Working closely with senior management you will implement clinical development plans and contribute to the growth of the business. With the number of sites in a variety of big European countries kudos and responsibilities are there for the taking. Growth in the European office is pretty much guaranteed, which will offer all sorts of opportunities in the medium to long term.
