Description:	Influence process change and the implementation of a new data management system! This is an outstanding opportunity to bring your data management experience to an expanding R&D organisation based in London. Its also an opportunity to gain line management experience! In this role you will take charge of a team of 4 data managers with full responsibility for ensuring that data management deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. All studies are in early development and focussed on oncology. This organisation is ready to make big changes to the data management process with the implementation of a new database and process for managing clinical trial data - as a senior member of the data management team you will play a key part in this process. We are looking for experienced data managers with a proven track record of managing data management projects and leading teams. Previous line management is not essential although you will have to demonstrate the motivation and ability to manage a team.
