A leading life science company is recruiting for an Associate Product Manager to join its expanding marketing department and is happy to train someone new to marketing and potentially the whole commercial field. The role will involve joining an experienced marketing department and focussing on a range of leading molecular biology research products. You will be involved in developing and implementing tactical marketing plans, assessing the market and competitor activity, developing effective promotional and sales tools, pricing issues and providing input into product enhancements. The successful candidate will be a graduate or have a higher level qualification in the molecular biology field, those with experience of oligos will be of high interest. No previous sales or marketing experience is required although a commercial awareness and the desire to move into a project orientated support role is essential.
