This CRO is well known for their matrix organisation which would give you the opportunity to relocate and not affect your career prospects. Depending on your therapeutic area experience you will be oriented in the ownership of certain projects. Involved in global projects, your experience in cross functional projects will be tested and you will be able to built on it to reach the next step in your career. This is a PM job with a twist as you will also have the opportunity to manage staff (CTAs and CRAs) which you will need on your CV to become Project Director.
