Description:	Step up from auditor to Quality Manager with a world leading provider of quality management services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries! This is no ordinary QA Managers role -  in addition to having responsibility for the more complex, specialist audits you will also act as GCP compliance specialist within a specific area such as documentation, start up or vendor audits. This will involve providing continuous training to auditors, contributing to changes in QA procedures and acting as advisor within your specialist area as required. At manager level you are also more involved in planning the audits and allocating available auditor resource, although you will still spend up to 40% of your time acting as lead auditor across Europe. This is a great chance for you to get experience of supervising a team and to become known within the company as an expert in your chosen field.
