Description:	A rapidly expanding, globally recognised manufacturer of diagnostic kits is looking to fill multiple regional sales director positions. You will be managing current customer base and develop new business through identifying new distributors and direct clients.  This will involve co-ordinating sales and marketing activities for their range of diagnostic kits within the given territory, playing an integral part in developing pricing and overall selling and marketing strategy for your territory. These are worldwide territories. The role will therefore involve extensive worldwide travel to customer bases in Europe, India, South America and Asia.   The successful candidate will have extensive experience in diagnostics sales with significant international sales  experience, as well as some experience managing and motivating a small team.
