Description:	Senior clinical research operations management within pharma! This position provides overall leadership, line management and guidance to clinical research staff working within neurology product development programmes - you are accountable for program goals, milestones and budgets being met. Based from the company offices in Berkshire you will take strategic decisions on program management and organisational direction, providing scientific and operational direction to the group. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of full development programmes through the leadership of a team of talented individuals - a true complete clinical research management role! Who should apply? We are looking for clinical development professionals experienced in the management of clinical development programmes from phase I (including IND preparation) through registration (filing) and commercialisation activities. You will have strong line management skills and the ability to motivate teams of people at all levels. Previous experience of working within neurology product development is desirable.
