Description:	You will join a newly formed, dedicated sales team within our client's development group focused specifically on winning business within the biotech sector and as such will be involved in shaping the strategy for this CRO development group in the European biotechnology market. Reporting directly into the overall European Sales Director for this team, you will already have Phase II/III sales experience and ideally be able to bring ideas and contacts to this new role. You will also be tasked with working alongside a dedicated sales support function within the sales team, in order to perform cold calling and lead generation. The primary focus will be the generation of high-quality, winnable proposals and client relationships which fit this CROs strengths. At Manager level you will have exposure to the CRO marketplace and have a proven record of generating sales with developed skills in account management, sales lead generation and cold calling. At Associate Director level you will have all these and also considerable experience in generating significant sales growth with a set of targeted accounts. This role is a chance to be part of a new team, develop a profile for yourself at a global level with a growing CRO, and also have the chance to express yourself with innovative ideas. This position will allow you to develop and express your ideas. This role will also have exposure into the consulting and venture capital sectors and is also a chance to broaden your existing business development experience.
