If you are a SCRA with experience of leading CRA teams across Europe on large projects this is your step up into the world of project management! Based from offices across Europe (with some flexibility to work from home) you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the clinical part of large international projects. The projects will be in phases II-IV and a broad range of therapy areas including oncology. Working closely with project managers and clinical research managers you will allocate resources to the study, co-ordinate set up activities, train CRAs on the study protocol and track the clinical budget. All in all, it's a progressive role that will develop into full cross functional project management in the long term! You will be working as a senior or lead CRA within either the CRO or pharma environment. Most importantly, you must have experience of co-ordinating CRA teams across at least 3-4 countries.
