Description:	Having been in clinical research for some time now you have a very good experience as a LCRA, as a line manager or as a Project Manager. You are ready to take on the next step in your career: Country Clinical Research Manager (CRM). This medium size CRO (top 15 worldwide) is looking for someone to head their clinical team in France. This is a very rare chance to manage, train, motivate, mentor in a few words look after a team of 10 people (CTAs and CRAs). In the near future Project managers (PM or Chef de Projet) will also report to you but not before you have had time to get used to the role. If you are already at PM level and need a new challenge, want more line management and less project duties this is a great way to change your routine.
