Description:	Having been in clinical research for some time now you have a very good experience as a LCRA and you have been exposed to some Project Manager duties. You are ready to take on the next step in your career: Country Clinical Research Manager (CRM). This medium size CRO (top 15 worldwide) is looking for someone to head their clinical team in Spain. This is a very rare chance to manage, train, motivate, mentor in a few words look after a team of 10 to 15 people (CTAs, CRAs and PM). If you are already at PM level and need a new challenge, want more line management and less project duties this is a great way to change your routine.
