Description:	Enter the world of training and pass on your clinical knowledge to the next generation of CRAs! This is an office based position in Cambridge although you will travel extensively within the EU to deliver training at other offices. The job will focus mainly on the delivery of a CRA Foundation Course, where new CRAs are trained intensively for two weeks on all aspects of site management and monitoring. The training you will deliver includes ICH GCP, the EU Directive, SOPs, EDC systems and the foundations of clinical research. Training methods will be a combination of one to one coaching, classroom sessions and e-learning. Working closely with operational staff you will review annually the course content and make improvements to the topics and delivery style to improve knowledge and learning. How easy is it to move into training? You will need to be an experienced CRA with some exposure to mentoring and training activities. Applications from experienced clinical QA professionals may be considered if you can demonstrate previous GCP training experience that relates to clinical operations.  Previous involvement in planning and delivering training courses preferred.
