Description:	Working within this fast growing CRO, your main task will be to put feasibility processes in place. This rare opportunity has become available due to internal reorganisation. Reporting to the Director of Project Management you will be placed in a position to make your mark on the way European feasibility studies are done. At the moment, project managers have to take care of these duties.  In the future, you will lead the process. Either you could come with good feasibility experience and a background of putting in place best practice from day one, OR starting from scratch, liaising with your manager and PMs who have been doing feasibility, and drawing up processes from a blank sheet of paper. Either way, you will need broad shoulders, the ability to be proactive and process orientated, and thrive on putting in place perfect processes (at least initially you have to believe that such a thing can exist). With the pipeline this CRO has, and the fact they want to offer standalone feasibility facilities to their clients, this is an opportunity that will lead to a management position very quickly.
