| Description: | A leading life science company has created a new position within its commercial team and is now keen to recruit a Field Applications Specialist. The role will support the sales team in the demonstration, installation, support and troubleshooting of drug discovery products focussed within the high throughput screening and assay development arena. You will develop an understanding of both manual and automated applications relating to the drig discovery product range and be able to provide solutions to both reagent and automated based problems. The successful candidate will be a graduate or have a higher level qualification in molecular biology or biochemistry with hands on experience with the HTS drug discovery and/or assay development field. Previous customer facing experience is desirable but not essential, excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve technically challenging problems is essential.
