Description:	This is a departmental leadership role based in London! If you are looking for a management role in clinical operations that will draw on all of your industry experience, this is it! Working for a small, speciality oncology business involved in the early stage development of novel anti-cancer agents, you will be responsible for a team of UK based clinical operations and data management staff. At this level within the organisation you will be involved in drug development planning and strategy, regulatory liaison, financial management and business re-engineering/process improvement initiatives. This is a high profile role and you will represent your department at international symposia and conferences. For a candidate with a strong commercial background there will also be the opportunity to get involved in in-licencing activities and co-development projects. The job will be split 70:30 between departmental management and project oversight.  We are looking for an experienced clinical operations manager with strong line management experience and a background in early oncology development.
