We are looking for experienced international project managers based in the Netherlands who can demonstrate the ability to run cross functional global teams, deliver phase II-III projects or programmes and take charge of project finances. In this job you will have full accountability for delivering assigned international studies through the leadership of both internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. This is very much an operational leadership role in which you will plan all study related activities, ensure that the required resource is available, identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. There is also the opportunity to get involved in training/coaching junior project managers and take on line management responsibility. Business operations will also form part of your role, with involvement in feasibility, patient recruitment strategy, input into proposals and bid defence.
