Description:	This fast growing full-service CRO is restructuring its proposals department at a European level and it requires motivated people for their English office. This specific vacancy is for their early phase unit and all the related services. If you have worked in proposals before, putting RFPs together, liaising with business development and all the other department involved in studies you will be rewarded by the variety of the role, new challenges and mentoring more junior members of staff. How about doing this job for a couple of years and being promoted to manager of a unit? The alternative would be to get involved in the business development side of things.  In this company your career will go wherever you want it to go.
