| Description: | This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced service engineer to move into an expanding company and start the service department up in the UK for the company. The company manufacture a range of HPLC systems and are keen to recruit a Service Engineer to take responsability for instalation, preventative maintenance, breakdown visits and customer trouble shooting visits across the UK and Ireland. There may also be the occasional trip into Europe to support smaller distributors in mainland Europe. In the medium term you will also become involved in setting up an office based service facility to allow larger instruments to be shipped back to the headoffice for repair. This will be a very varied role and you will be encouraged to develop the service division within the UKand Ireland. The successful candidate will have either an electromechanical background or chemistry qualification with previous experience of servicing and maintaining HPLC systems. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work as a integral part of a small team will be essential.
