Description:	Join the fast paced world of study start up! Working within start up gets you involved in trials at site level, supporting the project management process by getting sites up and running and ready to receive patients in the shortest possible time. Our client is a market leading CRO with a dedicated start up group and they are looking for someone with strong ethics experience to join the expanding team in the Berkshire office. This role gives you the opportunity to have ownership of part of the start up process for allocated studies and will have a high profile at site level. Working as a Study Start Up Specialist you will be the key person responsible for co-ordinating UK ethics applications for phase II and III studies across all therapy areas. You will also have the opportunity to work in other areas of the start up process - site selection, contract negotiation or financial management - providing you with the experience you need to move on into other clinical roles. This is a new role within a growing start up function and it really is an exciting time to become part of a team that will play a key role in getting pivotal studies up and running in record time! To be considered for this role you will have good knowledge of the UK ethics process and have experience of dealing directly with study sites. Maybe you are a CTA looking for more involvement in clinical activities or a CRA looking for an internal role with minimal travel?
