Description:	Here is a senior operational management roles with a CNS or Internal Medicine focus! These positions have global project or programme management accountability and you will be ensuring the delivery of these assignments through the leadership of project management and clinical teams. This is predominantly an office based position in Berkshire although there is some flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week. You will be working for a market leading drug development company involved in all aspects of drug development from discovery through to commercialisation. Projects/programmes will be in either the CNS or Internal Medicine therapy areas and across phases II-III of development. At this level your role is strategic as well as operational and you will also have the opportunity to become involved in line-managing project managers within your therapeutic team. You will also be involved in project planning strategy, resource management, risk assessment, trouble shooting, budget/timeline management, client management and proposal strategy. Who are we looking for? You will be a highly experienced project/programme leader with a background in either CNS or internal medicine. A proven track record in managing global phase II-III studies and leading cross-functional teams is essential, along with strong financial management skills and a customer focused approach.
